She was an awesome lady. I have very vivid and fond memories of all the wonderful things we would do together. She always made everything fun, and she never took life too seriously. Do I miss her? Oh, yes...I miss her a lot. Is my life better for having her in it? Oh, definitely...how could someone as wonderful as her not have a positive impact on one's life? Do I smile every time I think of her? Without a doubt! Here's to you, Grandma Anne! Thank you for loving all of us and for enriching our lives in countless ways! We miss you...we miss your hugs...we miss your singing...but we will see you again!!! Until that time, I'll continue to share the memories I have of you with your great grandchildren who love you SO MUCH!!! Happy Birthday to you!!!

I still remember when my mom would have us all bake a cake for my great-grandparents 'would be' 70th anniversary. It was fun!
I might be around for church this weekend. What are you all up to???
Even though I only knew Grandma Anne for a few shorts years, I feel so blessed and lucky to have those memories. She has left a lasting impression in my heart. I think of her always, especially on her birthday. I really believe Maya Anne is special gift to us from her great-grandmother Anne! My doctors calculated Maya's due date based on a probable conception date of 3/15, Grandma's B-day. Maybe that's too much info, but I think it is pretty amazing!!!
