More Cutie Patootie Pics...

So...I received a small package in the mail on Monday...I couldn't stand not to open it right when I got it, so I tore through the packaging to find a BEAUTIFUL pettiskirt hand made by wonderful, fabulously talented, so thoughtful AUNT KIMMY!!! Well...since I didn't have it for our photo shoot the previous Thursday and I just HAD to have pics of sweet baby girl in it, I decided to make a day trip to Fairfax to go to Portrait Innovations and have some portraits of baby girl in this adorable pettiskirt!!! From the pics, you can see just how adorable it is!!! SO CUTE!!! Baby girl's birthday...the big numero uno...is THIS Saturday...so hard to believe it has been a year already!!! I can't wait!!!

A Small Sampling of Something Sweet...

So, yesterday, I took baby girl to have a play date, and the grandma of the little girl we went to play with was kind enough to do a photo shoot with us!!! These are just a small sampling of the pictures taken...we all had SO MUCH FUN!!!

Okay, I am in the process of knitting a blanket, and a hat, and sewing another rag quilt...since they are incomplete, and I don't have pictures of them to show you, I thought I'd take some time to show off my sweet little girl!!! She will be ONE at the end of this month...it's hard to believe it's time to start celebrating her first birthday, already!!! Isn't she so cute??? LOVE HER!!!

"PERFECTLY IMPERFECT" (III)

Here is the third blanket in my "Perfectly Imperfect" line!!! This one caused me quite a bit of trouble...I actually sewed the tablecloth from my table to it...it was such a mess...but since these blankets need not be "perfect", it all worked out in the end!!! If you're laughing at me, that's okay...I laughed at myself for quite a long time with this one!!! Enjoy!!!
